I have 5 years experience in Learning disability with social services and achieved my NVQ3 in promoting independence in care I then went on to work for the NHS for 2 years as a physiotherapist assistant and completed my NVQ3 in clinical health in physiotherapy and occupational health so was able to be promoted to a Technical Instructor. I then went on to work 3 years in a EMI home where I was responsible for the nightshift and looking after 18 residents with various care needs.

I am now working in a rest home as have recently moved to the area but seek a job which could use my experience and education to progress on to NVQ 4.
