An exciting new role has arisen in our Bexhill site for 15 Contact Centre Agents. You will be working within a team to respond to the needs of new and existing customers, providing support and problem solving. You will be delivering first class customer service and ensuring repeat business for Hastings Direct. You will actively sell and cross sell other insurance products. Policies should always be sold in the appropriate manner (in line with our Treating Customers Fairly policy) whilst ensuring that quality customer service is given at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To work as part of the sales team or customer service team determined by the needs of Hastings Insurance Services.
• To maintain and enhance effective working relationships for all internal and external customers.
• To maintain reliable customer service by developing a positive relationship with customers to respond to their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• To maximise sales opportunities and endeavour to achieve sales and ancillaries targets.
• The role involves either handling a large volume of calls from customers and or contacting customers from pre-qualified databases working on a variety of outbound campaigns.
• To demonstrate excellent sales skills with an ability to overcome objections.
• To ensure customer satisfaction is delivered.
• To ensure all work is carried out to a high level of accuracy in line with our company quality and compliance standards.

Salary: £13,500
Location: Bexhill-on-Sea
