After the wonderful feedback from May's workshop, we've put together another day for those of you who enjoyed it last time, and those of you who didn't make it and want to join in.

Hayley North trained in Scaravelli-inspired yoga and has taught regular classes and retreats in Brighton, Cornwall and India. She is an exceptional teacher, and we work very well together. On this workshop, Hayley will be teaching yoga sessions, and I'll be talking about how yoga and nutrition can work together to support you on physical, emotional and spiritual levels. This winter workshop will have a different flavour and feel to the work we did in the summer, but will be based on the same principles of allowing space and movement, light and connectedness.
