A Lab Supervisor is required for a leading business based near Hastings, East Sussex working on a rotating shift pattern; this is a progressive role within an expanding business with excellent opportunities to support the management of a Analytical Laboratory . Your role will be to carry out laboratory tests on a range of chemicals being processed by the business this will include a range of Wet Chemistry bench tests while supporting the day to day management of the Lab.

You will have a background in Chemistry and ideally previous experience within a laboratory, you will have the potential to take on supervisory responsibilities or already be in a supervisory role.

Your experience will potentially include Gas-Liquid Chromatography (GLC), Spectrometry, HPLC and PH testing, it is important you will be able to demonstrate Wet Chemistry testing skills in a lab based Environment.

The company is offering a salary circa £20,000 potential higher for an exceptional candidate, overtime and an excellent benefits package in line with a leading employer. The shift pattern will include early, twilight and late starts plus occasional Saturday's.

The company is based near Hastings, East Sussex and is commutable from Rye, Battle, Ashford, Folkestone, Tenterden, Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, Ashford, Maidstone, and other locations in Kent.
