Registered Manager Childrens Services
A Registered Manager is required for a residential children's home for four young people aged 12 to 18 situated in Worthing, West Sussex.
This service is provided in a comfortable home and the ethos behind the provision is one of living in, as near as possible, a family setting. Many of the young people at this service will be experiencing periods of difficulty or crises in their lives and this service are committed to offering them a place of safety, where they can enjoy a time of stability and security.
The aim of this service is to provide high quality care in a non-institutional environment with a continued emphasis on creating and maintaining a warm and friendly atmosphere in which all relationships are based on mutual respect, allowing young people the opportunity to come to terms with their past and current problems and to prepare for the future
To be considered for this position you should have an NVQ 4 in Children and Young People in addition to being a Registered Manager (RMA) for Childrens Services or equivalent.
In return you will receive a competitive basic salary between £33,000 & £35,000 per annum, the opportunity to join a stakeholder pension, private healthcare and the opportunity of an annual bonus of up to 5k per annum.
