First Line Support Team Members
My client, a large size company in the customer service industry based in Brighton, has places for First Line Support Team Members.
Key attributes sought are:
- a good telephone manner
- able to work as part of a team
- energetic
- enthusiastic
Duties include:
- logging fault calls
- processing new user requests
- providing 1st line desktop, hardware, software, server and networking support
- resetting passwords
- identifying customers problems, logging issues and passing calls to the support team
- managing customer incidents and enquiries through to resolution
- talking customers through problems
Skills required include:
- customer service skills
- communication skills
Basic salary £10 per hour
