No previous experience of Art required. Open to adults as well as children over 8 years old.

Part 2 : Heart Space

Environmental art in Nature
Connecting to our heart space, letting things flow, welcoming the flow of love in all there is, breaking the boundaries of separation. Creating an ephemera Earth Mandala with natural materials. Concentrating on the journey and not so much on the end product. Bringing the intension of connecting more deeply with our ourselves and our heart space. Elemental Water

Marriage of Heaven and earth.

From 2- 6 pm. Preston Park (by the old Elm trees.)

Dancing and drawing energy. Letting our feet guide us, the heart speak and our spirit free. We are a forest of dancing trees. Letting our body’s dance and express our inner landscape exploring our right and felt side of the brain. A union of the masculine and the feminine within us. With the intension of connecting more strongly to our spirit, feeling balanced, centred and fully re- incarnated. Elemental Fire and Air
