Sensational, multi award winning hotel in West Sussex is recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated Chef de Rang to join their busy restaurant team. This property has 2 fantastic restaurants that offer seasonal British menus created from the finest local produce.

The restaurants offer breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner service to 30 and 40 covers. Private dining can cater for 120 guests within the luxury lounges and meeting rooms.

The successful Chef de Rang will have gained at last 12-18 months recent experience in a 2-3 rosette awarded restaurant. For this role you will have very good food and beverage knowledge and enjoy working within an environment where there is an emphasis on exceptional customer service.

The salary on offer is £14000 - £15000 + approximately £4000 in service charge!
