This position has become available in a beautiful AA 4* Country Hotel set in the heart of the forest. You must have experience in the Hotels and have the relevent qualifications. Duties to include, To run and maintain the Kitchen to the high standards set out by Elite Hotel Group.You will be responsible for Banqueting, the Restaurant ( up to 120 covers) and the soon to be opened Brasserie.
