Sunny room with good view. Furnished, tidy house, nicely decorated.
Gas central heating, gas hob,washing machine, fridge bath and fitted shower.
Great location (close to seafront, waitrose and taj).
References required.
You would be living with 3 people (1 couple, 1 woman)
We are friendly people and enjoy a glass of wine occasionally , although we are not party animals.
The price for the room is £290/month without bills.
Utility bills (internet,electricity, water, TV license, gas, council tax) all together are roughly £70/month maximum.
