London practice is every Saturdays from 1130hrs - 1330hrs at Martial Arts Hall, City University, Northampton Square, London EC1V 0HB. Nearest underground stations are Angel and Barbican.

Brighton practice is every Wednesdays from 1830hrs - 2030 hrs at Whitehawk Youth Centre, Whitehawk Road, Brighton BN2 5DG. Buses Numbers 1 and 1A from Portslade through Hove and Brighton City Centre.
