I'm looking for a garage or part garage to store my small sports car (it's a Lotus), & as such, I'd only access it ocassionally as it's a second car. The most important thing is that it's kept dry, access to power would be an advantage, no steep ramps either as the car is pretty low.

For years, I've used part of a garage connected to a house which was owned by a mother of a best friend, but she has sold up and moved into a flat. I'd be very interested in a similar arrangement with anyone living in the Hove, Southwick, Hangleton or Portslade areas. The lady still stored a load of her stuff in the garage and the arrangement worked extremely well for over 5 years.

I'm fully employed as a manager in local government and have been for 20 years, I can provide references if necessary.

I've put a nominal figure in the rent box, that of course is subject to negotion depending on what is available.
