We are a fast growing company which provides private educational services via the internet using new technology which we are pioneering across the UK.

We are looking for a manager to work from our Hove offices on a temp to permanent basis. The role is flexible, either part for full time and pays between £20,000 to £30,000 p.a pro rata, depending on a number of factors including qualifications and experience. There is a great deal of flexibility in how the role could be structured, including flexible working hours.

The candidate must have:
A minimum qualification in mathematics of A Level or equivalent
A bachelors degree (maths, science or business preferred)
Experience or a working knowledge of the UK schooling system
Confidence working with computers
Excellent communications skills

It would be advantageous if:
You hold Qualified Teacher Status
Have experience working as a Maths Teacher, Lecturer or Tutor
Have excellent web based IT skills

The main components of the role include:
Managing existing students by acting as a learning mentor and liaising with parents.
Monitoring the performance of both teachers and students, and intervening where necessary.
Dealing with new client enquiries and making sales presentations live over the internet using webcams and interactive whiteboards.
Providing basic IT support services for new and existing clients.

The role has the potential to evolve into a more senior management role for the right candidate, or alternatively could lead to a franchisee position.
