Brighton Anxiety Forum is an informal support group and online forum for people with anxiety related problems in Brighton, Hove and the surrounding areas.

These conditions include agoraphobia, social anxiety, panic attacks, health anxiety, O.C.D., generalised anxiety disorder, depression and many others.

We now meet twice weekly.
