Excellent opportunity for experienced and motivated chef to run and manage their own kitchen in a very busy pub on Western Road .

Applicants must be experienced in all aspects of running a kitchen, from menu planning & costing to cooking & cleaning. They will also hold all relevant food hygiene qualifications.

Food must be to a high standard and freshly cooked. Sunday roasts are essential and must be excellent quality and efficently served as its the busiest day.

Minimum kitchen opening hours; Mon-Thurs 12-3 and 6-9.30, Fri, Sat & Sun 12-7. Though you could open later if desired.
