The house is very close to parks and woods, currently shared among two, and we have got one extra room free for a couple of months (or maybe longer).
The room is large, on the ground floor, facing towards the back garden. There is furniture to use or give away (incl. mattress), washing machine, internet, compost, space for bike parking and central heating.
The location is not central, but there is a variety of transport options to the centre or universities, via buses (very close to 46,26,50,24 stops or 10 min walk to 25 and night bus stop), train (London rd station is 13 min walk), bike (15 min to Churchill square, 5 min to Preston park), or foot (25 min to the Lanes).
Bills do not usually exceed 45 per month.
