Our client, a medium size recruitment agency based in Brighton, has a vacancy for a Resourcer / Trainee Headhunter.

Key attributes sought are:

Duties and responsibilities include:
- determining who the major players are in a recruitment market
- ensuring that talented candidates are identified and positions found for them
- researching key workforce markets
- sourcing good quality candidates via networking, referrals, internet and social networking sites, trade press and advertising
- matching candidate skills against set job criteria

Skills required include:
- excellent communication skills
- computer literate
- good client facing skills
- networking

Basic salary £15,000 pa. Benefits include commission, a Blackberry, pension plan, health cover. Job training will be given. The position is suitable for a graduate.
