Hi, we are looking for a friendly single (sorry no couples) professional or mature student to move into a good sized room with a single Ikea bed in it, which has a bit of storage and a desk. The room is lovely and bright with a really great big window.

We are looking for someone that will stay with for a minimum of 6 months, really we would like to share with someone that is not a party animal, in the house we are really clean and tidy so someone that isn’t a stranger to sink or the dishwasher would suit well. The house is smoke free but if you are an occasional smoker we have a really nice garden with benches and a hammock, if you are into BBQ’s we have a really good one.

The house is quite peaceful; the radio is always on during the day and the T.V on most nights. If you a soap fan then it’s probably best you have your own in your room as we try and keep what we watch as educational, uplifting, inspirational and insightful as possible 

If you drive there is free parking and plenty of it. If you catch buses you want to look at the 49a and 49b to ‘Lower Bevendean Avenue’. If you like to walk it takes about 45 minutes to the Old Steine and cycling its about 10 minutes, Moulscoombe train station is really close by. Please note that the house is not located in Moulscoombe we are in what they call Lower Bevendean, a very peaceful avenue that feels remarkably safe and well lit at night.
During my time on the avenue I have not yet experienced anything negative in the area.


There is wifi and broadband.
£100 per week ALL BILLS INCLUDED. (even council tax) No extras!

As long as you are responsible, conscientious and reliable we don’t mind who you are.

The room will be available from the first week in August. We will also have a smaller room available from the last week of August that is £75 per week ALL BILLS INCLUDED. No extras!

2 x references will be required as well (bank, previous landlord or work) as well as a deposit against damages which is one month rent.
