I am looking for a 3 or 4 bed house in central Brighton.

My house is in a residential area - only mine and one other house is H/A.

It's very quiet and peaceful - close to good schools and public transport.

I have a living room/diner which is 35 ft long with french windows at one end leading out to the garden which is a suntrap in the summer. Off road parking to the front of the house. There are 2 wc's one of which is downstairs. The Bedrooms are all of good size.

Awaiting a new bathroom which is scheduled to be put in May/June which might be good as the new resident might get the chance to choose what they want to be installed.

I have lived here for 13 years and now find I need to move closer to my parents who live on London Road.
