I have recently returned from a four month working holiday in Hvar, Croatia. I currently live in Brighton, U.K. & I am looking for relief/temporary or permanent chef position. My last job was Head Chef at blanch house in Kemptown, Brighton, but have michelin rossette, and pub experience also.
