I have a Norwich City Council house with right to buy. 3 bedroomed, semi, with enclosed and established medium sized gardens back and front. Double glazed and with gas central heating, rent is £68.00 a week. Near city and countryside, shops and good schools (check Trowse Primary School and CNS). Is on the outskirts of an estate and i have good neighbours either side. I want to get to Brighton or Hove quite desparately to be near my mum. I would consider anything ground floor flat/ maisonette/house either 2 or 3 bedroomed. My house is on a nice estate so I would want the same in return. I am a serious exchanger so no time wasters please.
