Im looking for a storage unit/workshop, anywhere within a 5mile radius of brighton. It will need power and a tap at least. Anything in the region of 300 sq ft / 100m2+ . I also want to get a transit van in there if possible so access must be good and entrance to unit must be big enough. Farm building would be nice but anything will be considered. Will pay fair price.
