I run a studio/gallery cafe in the centre of Brighton which is free during the day as I have filming commitments. i would be happy to share the facilities with another artist/practitioner.
Broadband, loo coffee etc plus I put on private views every couple of months. At the moment I view by appointment or a drop in if I am there.
I tend to work evenings and live next door.
