Hello people, how's things? Hope you're all well. I have one of my double bedrooms rooms in an damn nice flat to rent. We are in a brilliant location, off of western road in one of the better parts of Brighton, a 15 minuet saunter to Churchill Square, around a three minuet stroll to Seven Dials, about a 10 minuet jaunt to the nice bit of the sea and around 10 min's to the train station. The flat is freshly decorated and all appliances are new and shiny. About the room, it comes furnished with a double bed a desk and a wardrobe. Ok now about the existing tenants primarily there is the author of this work, myself. A disgraced ex-public schoolboy and climbing prodigy, I reside in a room avec my Scandinavian lady-friend whom is studying psychology at Sussex. Then there is a Brightonian office worker. And lastly, the newest addition to our household is Christiano, the Italian waiter (oh, I love stereotypes) and a thoroughly lovely chap. All four of us are non smokers as is the whole building. About you, I am not phased about anything except your ability to pay the rent on time and how good you are at keeping things clean, if you cant wash up after yourself, have difficulty keeping the communal areas free of your mess or hoard the plates, cups and stuff in your room, then lets not waste each others time. Also no couples and that includes conjoined twins. And no DSS. Right, on to the monetary factor, the price for the room is £390 pcm this includes all the bills. The room is available from the 22nd of September until January and will then be available on a bimonthly contract for an indefinite period. It's a short term let only. This is a really nice place to live, if you are sick of looking at dilapidated hovels and want to live in a nice, clean, well presented, homely place, come and live here. Call me on 07754747906. Also I work part time so don't bother calling Monday or Thursday between 9am and 5pm and Wednesday or Friday between 9am and 1pm.
