Indigo is considered to be one of the best restaurants in the town and is owned by the hotel which is privately run and managed by the same family for 80 years!
The successful candidate needs to have previous experience as a manager of a restaurant, ideally in a hotel environment.
we do functions up to 100 and small parties/buffets conferences etc
we pay a very good salary because we know and respect that quality costs!
