Do you ever have panic attacks? Do you have social anxiety, agoraphobia, health anxiety, generalised anxiety, O.C.D., or similar problem?
There's an internet forum for people with anxiety related conditions in Brighton, Hove and East Sussex.

We're also having regular forum 'meets'. Wednesday afternoons in Brighton and a Monday evening meet in Hove.
