Room available in friendly house off Elm Grove (£325 pcm)
Hello,
Nice double room available from 16 November in a friendly shared house on Whippingham Road, just off Elm Grove/Lewis Road, five minutes from Sainsburys.
The house is comfortable, clean and tidy with a small sun-trap garden. Has gas central heating, washing machine, seperate dinning room and lounge (though we currently use the dining room for drying laundry and stuff - this will change...) and rent is £325 per month plus bills. Our landlord insists you must be in full-time employment so no students unfortunately.
The other three of us (Nola, Robin and Joe) are a friendly relaxed bunch who like to socialise together when possible, and eat together regularly too. We are looking for somebody who is like-minded so if you are also friendly, relaxed and like eating then drop us a line. :-)
