Single Room In Saltdean Near Buses , Backs Onto Downs (£85 pw)
Hi i have a single room to rent in a nice bungalow with garden backing onto the downs in Saltdean. We are near 2 bus routes.
The rent is all inclusive and we have wireless broadband.
You would be sharing with myself and my son who is 16 in May, so is mainly either at school or out!
I work in the week fulltime and would prefer somebody else working, sorry no dhss.
We have a mad dog and a cat and are a sociable house. but also like our quiet sometimes especially in the week when working.
This house share would suit somebody who is a friendly animal lover ,who has a sense of fun but also likes their own space sometimes too. Non smoker!
I am also a practising Buddhist so i have Buddhist meeting at the house a couple of times a month.
