What is the Hotel Like?

What will I be doing?

The Leisure Assistant is vital to ongoing customer satisfaction levels within the Health Club. In particular they are responsible for:

Ensuring that Club members and guests receive an efficient, friendly, consistent and personalised service
Maintaining high standards of upkeep and cleanliness throughout the Club
Ensuring the regular upkeep and service of facilities, minimising disruption and maximising member satisfaction
Managing the laundering of towels and ensure an efficient replenishment of stock
Ensuring the safe handling and operation of both technical and mechanical equipment
Ensuring that any equipment faults or maintenance issues are identified and resolved appropriately

What are we looking for?

As the Health Club’s Leisure Assistant we would like you to have:

Strong customer awareness and excellent customer service skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team
An adaptable, hands-on approach to dealing with a variety of duties
