Sous Chef required for this 104 bedroom, four star hotel 2 miles from Gatwick Airport. The hotel operates a Brasserie Restaurant, Lounge Menu, Room Service Menu and a traditional English pub.
Looking for an exoerienced Chef who can deputise in the absence of the head chef. You may be a Chef de Partie looking for your first senior position. Shift work 5 days over a 7day rota.
