I have a studio/gallery in central Brighton which i would like to share with a film maker or artist or similar. My commitments mean that I am often called away to film but the gallery is open by appointment or by drop in and shows the work of several artists. We serve coffee and have a private view every couple of months.
there is broadband, toilet kettle etc. and you will be free to work all hours but not to sleep there......obviously.
