We are currently looking to recruit a Assistant Restaurant Manager for an expanding business.
They currently have a vacancy for an Assistant Restaurant Manager based in Brighton.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager your duties will include

* Building & maintaining good customer relations and high service standards
* Recruitment and management of Front of House staff
* Communication with team member and head office
* Administration duties including data input for sales, organising part time payroll and invoices.

Ideal candidates for the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager should have the following qualities:

* Passion for food, eager to learn, good team worker and reliable
* At least one year experience at supervision level
* Up to 45 hours a week (seven shifts) 5 days a week
* Salary £16,000 - £18,000 depends on experience, plus tips approx £4,000 p.a.
