Customer Support Advisors Required

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with a passion for customer service!

We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to deal with all customer contacts in a professional and prompt manor and deliver first time query resolution. A polite demeanour and a strong attention to detail is required by the successful applicant.

We offer full product and competency training to allow employees to reach their full potential. The office is productive but also fun including dress down and charity days.

This role is telephone based and Full-Time. It will involve customer service, technical support, administration on a number of products offered and has the scope for further job progression into operational logistics planning.

We pay £6.75ph basic plus bonuses dependant upon individual performance (up to £2ph).
