I have three double rooms available in a nice end-of-terrace house, just off of Lewes Road (near the Franklin tavern). The house has recently been refurbished, with a shiny new bathroom and open kitchen. The house itself is in a perfect location, very near plenty of pubs, shops, and bus stops, with a short bus journey or walk to town and University.

About me: I'm a student just finishing my second year at Brighton uni, studying Linguistics. I'm a big geek and I love sci-fi and movies in general, not big on clubbing, but I do enjoy a few beers at the pub or at home with a movie. I'm pretty laid back, but I do like to keep a tidy and clean house!

Ideal housemates would have similar interests, male or female, straight or gay are all welcome!

The tenancy officially begins in August, so I desperately need people to fill the rooms as soon as possible!
