I have a large doube room avaliable for rent, its in a 2 bed flat in hove and is light modern and spacious with lots of storage space.
The flat is within a minute walk to aldrington station, has regular buses with bus stop right outside and there is also free unrestricted parking.
I am looking for someone that will treat the flat as there home, and not just a room and someone they may like the odd night in with a bottle of wine.
Im nearly 20 and work full-time but wouldn't mind either students or workers. The room is avaliable to move into asap.
