Nice living room with an open fire. Great, large kitchen. Also small garden at the rear.

Nice pub (The Hartington) nearby, and also near Hanover. About 15 minutes walk to North Laine.

Rent is £300pcm including Council Tax. Energy and water bills etc. come to £40 per month. We have wi-fi broadband connection.

Friendly, easy-going atmosphere of mid-twenties to mid-thirties people. Looking for friendly, quietish, professionals or post-graduate students who are socialable, but not party animals (though we hope to have occasional parties).

You'd be sharing with three others of a similar nature - Paul, Silvia and Tony.

We've had a mixed house of two males, two females and we're aiming to keep that, which means we're looking for a female.

We deal direct with landlord, so no agency fees. It's a non-smoking house.
