The flat is lovely and the room is a large double with fitted wardrobe and a new carpet. There is a lovely courtyard garden too (a rare thing in this town )....It's in a quiet road in central Hove near Palmeira Square. 2 seconds away from the sea

I am a single female who works hard plays hard .... I work at a local Brighton radio station....I love gigs and partying at weekends.........My music tastes include indie, rock and electro

This room/flat would suit a like minded male or female on a 6 month term to start with.

The monthly cost will be £580 (including all bills )

The room is UNFURNISHED.....The flat is furnished with my things but you may add to it if you have stuff ?

Come and see the flat and have a chat. My current Housemate is flexible as to when she moves out so the house is available now or maximum of up to 4 weeks from now.
