We are currently looking for a new housemate for a house share in baden rd (off combe rd) from......now!

Us....

You'd be living with 3 people. Myself (sylvia),my boyfriend (paul), and our other housemate alvaro. We're aged 22,31, and 38 respectively.

The Pad.....

The house is modern, with a large garden,and conservatory, the kitchen is joined to the general living room and is quite cosy.
Bathroom is a good size, with all the normal bathroom stuff.
The room is a good size with a double bed,desk,chair,and wardrobes.
There is a spare room for visitors/friends.
There will be a 6 month contract to sign with one months deposit which will be held by a third party
Ample storage space in an easy access loft.
Free parking on road

Of course we have all mod cons inc free internet.
All bills are included in the price, we just ask that you contribute £5
a month towards cleaning stuff.

We are all easy to live with and enjoy the odd drink or 2,
parties aren't unheard of,but don't happen often.

The house is non-smoking so we smoke
outside.
