I live in the village of Cuckfield in a 2 bed room G/F flat with D/G - GCH, ( new kichen to be installed in the next few months). off-site parking with front and back Patio gardens. in an non estate close. The village bodes a Primary and Secondery School and youth centre,.Medical Centre and 4 pubs - village shops and post offices and an thriving village hall. We are 2 miles from Haywards Heath Main line station to London and Brighton and a leisure centre for those fitness fanatics. - No 40 Bus runs on the hour to Brighton and other buses to local areas accordingly. My Place is in good decorative order.

I am looking for an 1/2 bedroom flat or house depending on size. with patio garden or similar, would also consider a flat in a converted house but has to be light and roomy. Ideally based in Hove, Brighton or surrounding areas of Medina Place, Seven Dials, Portslade, Southwick, worthing, Hastings etc Non-Estate preferable) I would very much like to live near the coast!
