I currently have a room available on Roedale Road, which is close by to Lewes Road. The house has a furnished living and dining area, kitchen and small garden around the back. The room itself is a spacious one, with wardrobe, desk and double bed.

In a very studenty area, the popular locals are the Gladstone and the Bear, which are just around the corner, as is Sainsburys. The Railway Station and town centre is a short walk away and many other 1st, 2nd, 3rd year students (and some graduates!) are in the same vicinity, meaning house parties and people are never too far away. Buses to and from Brighton and Sussex Universities and Brighton centre run a few minutes from the house.

The 6 room house has 5 other students living there; 3 guys and 2 girls who are into their music (and food!), up for nights out in Brighton and of course, not opposed to a quiet night in. It's got a bit of everything; the student life but also a quick escape for a more relaxed time too with easy access to transport, groceries and drinks!
