Young looking, 42 year old, single dad of 4 year old girl who lives full time with me. Personal trainer, website moderator and civil servant. Good fun, energetic, sensible, loyal, clean and tidy. I live near the beach but can't say I'm into 'long walks along it', sorry I don't mind cooking, and doing housey stuff, (as no one else will). Like to keep fit (a lot) and love training people. Having taken on the role as full time parent for my daughter I've given up quite a few things and taken up new ones. Like to watch rugby and cricket and support west ham. I like all music. I speak French and want to learn the piano / guitar with my daughter.

Looking for a nice female (who has transport) for friendship or long term relationship. Be great if you spoke another language (french or something ) and play an instrument. Someone to have some good times with either at home or out and who likes to be fairly active, can ride a bike and throw a ball properly, likes pub bands, enjoys a drink in a pub on a Saturday afternoon (don't mind if you smoke) and Chinese take away.
