Restaurant General Manager – Quality Branded Restaurant

My client is leading an upmarket branded restaurant chain specialising in Italian food & using the freshest ingredients.

Due to their success we are seeking to recruit an experienced Restaurant General Manager for their busy Brighton Restaurant.

The role of Restaurant General Manager will involve the day to day management of the whole restaurant including up to 50 staff.

The Restaurant General Manager will have complete autonomy in all financial aspects of the restaurant including profit and loss, ensuring all KPI's and sales targets are achieved.

Needless to say your main aims as Restaurant General are to ensure a fantastic dining experience for all customers whilst ensuring the profitability of the restaurant.

Candidates wishing to apply with have previous restaurant management experience, combined with a strong business acumen and knowledge of profit and loss.

You MUST also be eligible to live and work permanently in the UK.

Branded restaurant experienced is desirable although consideration of managers from hospitality sector will also be considered.
