The successful applicant will have the following attributes..

High confidence and excellent manner on the telephone.
Adaptability, flexibility & creativity.
Money motivated.
Excellent listening and learning skills.
No previous recruitment experience needed, but demonstrable telephone experience a vital prerequisite.


And will be trained up and tasked with the following responsibilities..

Candidate name gathering. (By telephone switchboarding and referral.)
Management of marketing materials. (Such as job adds aimed at candidates.)
Market research.
Spotting and following up sales leads.
Searching the internet websites for candidates CVs.
To generally support the relevant Senior Sales Consultant and earn commission on every placement they make!


Basic salary c. £16k
Uncapped Commission - O.T.E. in first year approx. £25k
Company bonus scheme

24 days holiday, increases with time served
