Its Originally a Large 2 Bed House, its Now Been Converted to a 3 Bed House, but with the room downstairs could be a 4 Bed House. the council still know it as a 2 bed house. So pay a 2 bed Rent of £68 pw

I have a lovely house in one of the Nicest Roads in Hollingdean, All Private but Mine and 2 others, its quiet and peaceful, yet on bus route to town (50 & 50A). both my neighbours are privately owned. As Are most of the Street
Since i have been here i have put in a new B&Q Kitchen and converted the 2 Beds to a 3 Bed, so now i have 2 Doubles and a Single, however downstairs off the front room is another room which i use as an office which is ideal as another bedroom. The Kitchen is very large and L shaped, there is also off the living room a UPVC conservatory, also since i have been here i have decked the top part of the garden and just built new walls with fences on between me and my neighbour, so all is very new, i am at the moment building a Fish Pond as the old one here is leaking, there is also a shed at the bottom of the garden, this house is lovely and even has the makings of a driveway at the front with double gates. I have all Brand New Carpets on stairs and all bedrooms and bathroom, brand new laminate flooring in the conservatory, its is decorated to a high standard throughout.
I have spent an absolute fortune getting this house up to some sort of scratch, and will not move into anywhere that needs too much done to it,

so what am i looking for?

EAST BRIGHTON ONLY, Kemptown, Queen's Park, Hanover, South Whitehawk, Anywhere Around the Royal Sussex......I need to be infront of the Racecourse

I am Ideally looking for a 2 Double Bedroomed House in East Brighton, so that would include places like, Queens Park, South Whitehawk, anywhere around by the Royal Sussex Hospital, Kemptown etc. it would need to have a Garden, i will really only move if it needs a paint job, It will need to have a new or nearly new kitchen and bathroom or at least be due one by the council (i will need proof), I need to get over to East Brighton for Heath reasons and also most of my Friends and Social Life is over that way. but will not take just anything to get there, my house is lovely and needs to be seen, as i fail to see that anyone will dislike it

I will not take anything and am in no hurry to move until i have found the right place, i have loads more pics if you want me to email then to you, if there is anything you want to know gimme a shout......
