The house is a 5 bedroomed house and currently we have found 2 other guys to live with us, so i would really like to find a female. Would be great to find a girl who wouldn't mind doing a bit of shopping and having the occasional glass of wine with.

my boyfriend is 27, I am 26. We both love going out at the weekends and are pretty quiet during the week. My boyfriend is a DJ who plays drum n bass, dubstep, house and a bit of everything else, so we need people who wouldn't mind listening to him every now and then, although he is considerate of other people and doesn't play all day, every day.

The room is £460 pcm inclusive of all bills (tv, water, gas, elec, council tax).

There is a patio garden at the back of the house, ideal for bbqs. a great open kitchen and living room and 2 bathrooms both with showers and one with a bath.
We are only 30 seconds from the bus stops on Lewes Road, 10 mins walk to the station and 5/10 mins from the beach/town.

2 weeks deposit required as well as references.
